Base Pay and Working Hours
- Salary up to £20 per hour + overtime and benefits.
- Flexible working hours: generally 8 am‑5 pm Mon‑Fri, with a 24/7 on‑call rota as required.
Responsibilities
- Operate Bucher (JHL) Recycler CR140 Combi 3200 CL tanker units.
- Carry out cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of customer drains and cold‑water plumbing systems.
- Perform pre‑planned maintenance works and emergency reactive work.
- Operate high‑pressure water jetting equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Carry out surveys of sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
- Accurately record work details via internal and client systems and apps.
- Communicate effectively with high‑profile commercial & domestic clients and support centre colleagues.
- Serve on a 24/7/365 on‑call rota.
Qualifications
- HGV Class 2 licence.
- High‑pressure water jetting qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
- Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
- Willingness to work unsociable hours.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
