The predicted salary is between 26400 - 39600 £ per year.
Base pay range: £33K basic plus door-to-door paid overtime, plus £50 per job for additional work brought in.
Benefits: 8-5pm with on-call rota (1 in 8 weekends including bank holidays).

Founded in 1983, Metro Rod and its sister company Metro Plumb are leading providers of drain clearance and maintenance services delivered on a largely reactive basis. We’ve been clearing and unblocking drains for more than thirty years, proud of our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
What does it entail?
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains.
- Operation of high-pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
- Carrying out surveys.
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
- Accurately recording work/job details via bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
- Communicating effectively with high-profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
- Participating in an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7/365 (one week in four, variable according to business needs).
What are we looking for?
- High-pressure water jetting and CCTV surveying experience – commercial drainage experience beneficial but not essential.
- Confined space entry experience.
- CSCS tickets.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
- Positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to work some unsociable hours.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to cover the areas mentioned above.
