We operate on a largely reactive basis across the UK with over 60 franchisees delivering high‑standard service and customer satisfaction.
What’s involved?
- Carry out a range of services associated with our emergency services offering: cleaning, clearance, repair, installation and maintenance of customer assets.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise.
- Operate in accordance with H&S and quality procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of company service, vehicles and equipment.
- Accurately record completed work details via internal and client systems.
- Communicate effectively to ensure an excellent service is provided at all times.
- Have a positive and helpful can‑do attitude.
- Cover normal working hours and be on call for out‑of‑hours work on a rota basis, with flexibility to cover emergency situations as required.
What do we look for?
- Experience in commercial & domestic drainage is essential.
- Experience in drain cleaning, repairs and patch lining.
- Experience with HPWJ, confined spaces and CSCS tickets.
- Have experience with CCTV surveys and lining (advantage).
- Bring a positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
- Want to be part of an exciting, growing and progressive business with a strong brand presence.
- Be willing to work occasional unsociable hours.
- Hold a full UK driving licence – must be over 21 for insurance purposes.
- Must live in the postcode areas noted above.
