Base pay range Metro Rod Glasgow: Salary £33 K basic plus door‑to‑door paid overtime, plus £50 per job for additional work brought in.

What does it entail?
- Carry out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of customers' drains.
- Operate high‑pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
- Carry out surveys.
- Provide an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
- Accurately record work/job details via bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
- Communicate effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Be part of an on‑call rota to serve clients 24/7/365 – one week in four variables according to business needs.
What are we looking for?
- High‑pressure water jetting and CCTV surveying experience; commercial drainage experience beneficial but not essential – full training provided.
- Confined‑space entry experience.
- CSCS tickets.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
- Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
- Willingness to work some unsociable hours.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to cover the areas mentioned above.
