Metro Rod is a fast‑growing business serving clients across FM, social housing, property management, retail, industrial and leisure sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule engineer work – reactive, planned maintenance and quoted works.
- Liaise with customers, arrange appointments and request uplifts.
- Assist with creating quotes.
- Work on CCTV reports and quotes.
- Order parts for engineers.
- Deal with incoming calls/emails – marking and forwarding to relevant personnel.
- Collect data on engineers’ performance and report to management monthly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a scheduling/maintenance admin role.
- Resilient and adaptable.
- Customer‑focused, enthusiastic and confident communicator.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Competent IT skills – proficient in Excel.
- Strong administrative and organisational ability.
