Metro Plumb is a national plumbing business with more than 40 local depots across the UK. Our teams of professional plumbers can deal with a variety of plumbing issues, from emergency repairs and stopping leaks to fixing broken boilers and replacing dripping taps. We work alongside our sister companies to provide a complete “water in, waste out” service for our customers, including access to over 600 drainage, pump, plumbing and FOG engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of plumbing work, including installation and maintenance of toilets, taps, ball valves, siphons, flexible hoses, pipework, radiator valves, cylinders and heating systems for domestic and commercial customers.
- Primarily attending emergency plumbing jobs relating to installations, leaks and issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing/Plumbing & Heating Engineer for domestic and commercial customers.
- NVQ Level 2.
- Ideally Gas and pump experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Renewable energy experience an advantage (preferred, but not essential).
- Unvented certification (again, preferred, but not essential).
- DBS checked (or willingness for this to be carried out).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to work overtime.
