Overview
Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, we also operate Willow Pumps and Filta, businesses focused on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a one‑stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
Duties
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of customers’ drains.
- Operation of High‑Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
- Carrying out surveys.
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
- Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
- Communicating effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
- Being part of an on‑call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial & domestic drainage is essential.
- Experience in drain cleaning, drain repairs, patch lining.
- Drainage tickets including HPWJ, confined spaces and CSCS.
- Experience with CCTV surveys and lining.
- Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
- Willingness to work occasional/unsociable hours.
- Hold a full UK driving licence – must be over 25 for insurance purposes.
