Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta.

Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions.

Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

What does it entail?

  • Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains
  • Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
  • Carrying out surveys
  • Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
  • Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
  • Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four– variable according to business needs
  • On-call is currently 1 in 4 weekends covering Wednesday through to Sunday

What experience do we look for?

  • High pressure water jetting experience
  • Surveying experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial drainage
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
  • Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
  • Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
  • Be willing to work some unsociable hours
  • Full UK driving licence
