Reactive Plumbing Engineer – Kemac Metro Plumb, Bristol/Bath areas. 40 hours per week (rota system in place). Salary £33,000 - £38,000 DOE plus on-call & overtime (additional 5-6K per annum). Metro Plumb is a national plumbing business with more than 40 local depots across the UK. Our teams of professional plumbers deal with a variety of plumbing issues, from emergency repairs and stopping leaks to fixing boilers and replacing dripping taps.
What’s involved? We are looking for a confident plumber who can carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including but not limited to installation and maintenance of toilets, taps, ball valves, siphons, flexible hoses, pipework, radiator valves, cylinders, heating systems etc across a range of domestic and commercial customers. You will primarily attend emergency plumbing jobs relating to installations/leaks/issues.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Plumbing/ Plumbing & Heating Engineer for both domestic and commercial customers
- NVQ Level 2
- Ideally Gas and pump experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Renewable energy experience an advantage (preferred, but not essential)
- Unvented certification (again, preferred, but not essential)
- DBS checked (or willingness for this to be carried out)
- Full UK driving license
- Flexibility to work overtime
