We are seeking a Drainage Engineer to join our team in the Sheffield and Chesterfield areas.
Pay: Up to £12–15 per hour, plus overtime, benefits and ongoing training.
What’s involved:
- Carry out a range of services associated with tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of customer drains.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
- Work in accordance with H&S and QA procedures.
- Maintain branded company vehicle and equipment to the highest standards.
- Accurately record work details via bespoke internal/client systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod support centre colleagues.
- Commit to working for a 24/7, 365 provider – may involve on-call rosters or unsociable hours.
What we look for:
- Experience in drainage essential.
- High-pressure water jetting experience.
- CSCS certification.
- Experience with CCTV surveys & lining an advantage.
- Positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
- Willing to work occasional/unsociable hours.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Reside in South Yorkshire area.
