The services are provided by over 60 franchisees with geographical coverage across the UK. We’ve been clearing and unblocking drains for more than thirty years and we’re proud of our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
What does it entail?
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains
- Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
- Carrying out surveys
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
- Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four – variable according to business needs
What experience do we look for?
- High pressure water jetting experience
- Surveying experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial drainage
- Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
- Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
- Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
- Be willing to work some unsociable hours
- Full UK driving licence
- Must live in the Devon area
