Key Responsibilities

You will manage an extensive ledger on a day‑to‑day basis to ensure maximum cash collection, while highlighting and managing potential financial risk to the business and contributing towards achieving financial targets and corporate objectives. This role requires proactive, confident, and thorough individuals who are comfortable having difficult conversations with customers over the phone, working to strict SLAs and KPIs, and managing current debt under pressure.

Key Qualifications

• Experienced Credit Controller
• Proficiency with Sage 200
• Previous experience within an office/call‑centre environment
• Driven and keen interest in cash collection and debt reduction
• Results‑driven with KPI focus
• Ability to multi‑task
• Advanced literacy and numeracy
• Advanced IT skills
• Resilient – able to have tough conversations
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to work under pressure within tight timescales
• Ability to make clear decisions and think clearly under pressure
• Strong team player
