Metro Rod works with Equans, Amey, Aldi, Mitie, Greggs, McDonalds, Wetherspoons and many more in the FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial and Leisure sectors. Founded in 1983, Metro Rod and its sister company Metro Plumb provide drain clearance and maintenance services through over 60 franchisees across the UK. Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, Willow Pumps and Filta focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. The brands together provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
What does it entail? You will manage an extensive ledger on a day-to-day basis to ensure maximum cash collection, highlight and manage potential financial risk to the business and contribute towards achieving financial targets and corporate objectives. This is the perfect role for someone who is used to having difficult conversations with customers over the phone. Working to strict SLAs and KPIs, this role requires someone proactive, confident and thorough.

- Sage 200 experience
- Previous experience within an office/call centre environment
