The services are provided by over 60 franchisees with geographical coverage across the UK. Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains
- Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
- Carrying out surveys
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
- Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four—variable according to business needs
What experience do we look for?
- High pressure water jetting experience
- Surveying experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial drainage
- Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
- Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
- Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
- Be willing to work some unsociable hours
- Full UK driving licence
- Must live in the Devon area
