Metro Plumb is a national plumbing business with more than 40 local depots across the UK. Our teams of professional plumbers handle a variety of plumbing issues, from emergency repairs and stopping leaks to fixing broken boilers and replacing dripping taps. We work alongside our sister companies to provide a complete “water in, waste out” service for our customers.

As part of Franchise Brands PLC, our customers benefit from access to over 600 drainage, pump, plumbing and FOG engineers, with specialist expertise and a single point of contact for drainage, plumbing, pump and FOG works, plus a unique refrigeration seal replacement offering. Metro Plumb is part of Metro Rod, a leader in drainage solutions for over 40 years. Both companies are part of Franchise Brands. We support domestic and commercial customers and manage national contracts such as facilities management, insurance companies, private and funded care facilities and social housing.

What are we looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer for both domestic and commercial customers OR NVQ Level 2 Trainee
  • Ideally Gas and pump experience
  • Renewable energy experience an advantage
  • Unvented certification
  • DBS checked (or willingness for this to be carried out)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Must live in the Taunton or Exeter areas
