Metro Rod work with the likes of Equans, Amey, Aldi, Mitie, Greggs, Mc Donalds, Wetherspoons and many more in the FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial and Leisure sectors.

Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta.

Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions.

Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

This is a full-time permanent role and is ideal for someone who is interesting in the drainage industry and/or learning a trade whereby you can learn on the job.

There is a massive opportunity for development, training and progression.

What does it entail?

  • Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
  • Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
  • Carrying out surveys
  • Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
  • Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
  • Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
  • Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four– variable according to the business needs
