Essential responsibilities include:
- Performing a range of emergency and contracted services such as cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of customer drains
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Adhering to H&S and QA procedures
- Maintaining a branded vehicle and equipment
- Accurately recording work details on internal/client systems
- Communicating effectively with clients and support centre colleagues
- Participating in a 24/7 365 on‑call rota with occasional unsociable hours
What do we look for?
- Minimum 2 years experience in drainage
- High‑pressure water jetting experience
- CSCS card
- Experience with CCTV surveys and lining (advantage)
- Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude
- Willingness to work occasional unsociable hours
- Full UK driving licence
- Must live in the Dorset area
