Metro Rod LTD is recruiting an Evening Customer Service Advisor to join our out of hours team.

This remote role includes training on-site at the Macclesfield Support Centre and is paid Β£12.86 per hour with a 4 on 4 off rota from 5pm to 9pm.

You will handle customer orders, enquiries and complaints, maintain records, and work closely with other advisers to ensure timely, accurate responses.

Prior call-centre experience and a strong eye for detail are desirable; travel to Macclesfield for training
