Metro Rod London Central is seeking a Drainage Engineer in the M25 area with a salary of £30,000 - £37,000 DOE plus on-call & overtime (OTE £45K+).
We work with major companies in various sectors including FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial, and Leisure. With over 40 years of experience, we are a fast-growing and dynamic business, part of Franchise Brands.
What does it entail?
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains.
- Operation of high-pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
- Carrying out surveys.
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
- Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications.
- Communicating effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
What experience do we look for?
- High pressure water jetting and confined spaces experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic & commercial drainage.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
- Willingness to be part of a growing and progressive business.
- Willingness to work some unsociable hours.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Must live in the M25 London area.
