Reactive Drainage Engineer Metrorod Dundee & Aberdeen – Aberdeen & surrounding areas. Full time permanent. Salary £13-17 per hour DOE plus on call, overtime, bonus scheme & benefits.

The services are provided by over 60 franchisees with geographical coverage across the UK. What’s involved?

  • Carry out a range of services associated with our emergency services offering, cleaning, clearance, repair, installation and maintenance of our customer’s assets new and old.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise.
  • Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of company service, vehicles and equipment.
  • Accurately record completed work details via internal and client systems.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure an excellent service is provided at all times.
  • Have a positive and helpful can-do attitude.
  • Cover normal working hours and “on call” out-of-hours on a rota basis and have a flexible attitude to covering emergency situations when called upon outside of these periods.

What do we look for?

  • Suitable candidates will be able to display a great working attitude together with skills pertaining to the clearance, cleaning and repair of both internal small bore and external drainage systems.
  • Experience in commercial & domestic Drainage is essential.
  • Experience in drain cleaning, drain repairs, patch lining.
  • Drainage tickets including HPWJ, Confined spaces and CSCS.
  • Have experience with CCTV Surveys and Lining an advantage.
  • Will have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude.

  • Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence – must be over 25 for insurance purposes.
  • Must live in the Aberdeen & surrounding area.
