What’s involved?

  • Operating a variety of tanker units, carrying out services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of customers’ drains, while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
  • Operation of high‑pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
  • Accurately recording work/job details via bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
  • Communicating effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided.

  • Experience in tanker jetting is essential.
  • Clean HGV licence.
  • Experience with confined space working is preferable.
  • High‑pressure water jetting experience.
  • CSCS membership preferable.
  • A positive, flexible, can‑do attitude and willingness to work additional hours as needed.

  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
