What’s involved?
- Operating a variety of tanker units, carrying out services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of customers’ drains, while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
- Operation of high‑pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
- Accurately recording work/job details via bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
- Communicating effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
What do we look for?
- Experience in tanker jetting is essential.
- Clean HGV licence.
- Experience with confined space working is preferable.
- High‑pressure water jetting experience.
- CSCS membership preferable.
- A positive, flexible, can‑do attitude and willingness to work additional hours as needed.
