Salary: £33K basic plus door to door paid overtime, plus £50 per job for additional work brought in.

Metro Rod works with various clients in the FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial and Leisure sectors. We are a fast-growing and dynamic business, part of an ever-expanding group Franchise Brands.
What does it entail?
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains
- Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
- Carrying out surveys
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
- Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
- Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7/365 days a year (one week in four, variable according to business needs)
What are we looking for?
- High pressure water jetting and CCTV Surveying experience in commercial drainage beneficial but not essential as full training provided for the right candidate
- Confined space entry experience
- CSCS tickets
- Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
- Positive, flexible, can-do attitude
- Willingness to work some unsociable hours
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to cover the areas mentioned above
