We are recruiting for an experienced Pump Engineer here at Willow Pumps. At Willow Pumps we are proud to be one of the UK's leading providers of water pump solutions, including supply, installation and servicing of all 'water in, waste out' assets. Providing the complete solution to our customer is of utmost importance to us, that's why we also have a large tanker fleet should you need more specialist emergency support.

Over the past 30 years we have grown a team of dedicated professionals providing a wide range of services from pump station design, installation and maintenance. As we grew, we also developed a successful drainage capability and large tanker fleet, taking our offering from simply pumping solutions, to providing a complete 'water in, waste out' service.

As a Pump Service Engineer, you will work on a range of pumps and associated equipment. The successful candidate will service/maintain and install domestic and commercial pumps in sectors such as sewage stations, underground pump stations, booster sets and pressurisation units.

What experience do we look for?

  • General knowledge of pump and associated pumping equipment
  • Good mechanical and electrical competence
  • 17th or 18th Edition Qualified Desirable
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Pro-active approach to work
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Region
  • Willingness to undertake additional training when necessary
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or an individual
  • Willingness to work on-call and respond to emergency situations
  • Physical ability to inspect and access pump stations and related infrastructure
