This isn’t just about design execution; it’s about originating groundbreaking ideas, shaping compelling narratives, and translating strategic insight into unforgettable spatial and experiential concepts.
The Opportunity: Shape, Ignite, Excite
We are seeking a Senior Creative or Creative Lead to play a central role in shaping and delivering concept-led design for events and experiential work across both pitches and live projects. You will be instrumental in originating ideas, building narratives, and translating strategic insights into compelling concepts that define our exceptional work.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DRIVING:
- Generate original, insight-driven creative concepts for live projects.
- Develop engaging experience narratives that seamlessly connect brand, audience, and physical space.
- Translate complex strategic objectives into tangible, captivating experiential moments.
- Contribute to and co-lead dynamic ideation sessions, fostering innovation and pushing creative boundaries.
- Develop compelling mood boards, evocative storytelling decks, and early-stage visual thinking to communicate concepts effectively.
- Take full ownership of selected briefs from initial concept generation through to final creative sign-off.
- Present creative ideas confidently, articulately, and persuasively to internal stakeholders and high-profile clients.
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and inspiration to 3D Designers and other multidisciplinary creatives.
- Actively support the development and growth of the Creative Strategist through collaborative work and constructive feedback.
- Work seamlessly with our Design Studio and Production teams to ensure all creative concepts are both innovative and deliverable, as well as commercially viable.
- Maintain and uphold exceptionally high creative standards across all output, from initial sketch to final execution.
- Consistently balance ambitious creative vision with the practical realities and constraints inherent in experiential environments.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of extensive experience in Event Spatial Design, Experiential brand experience, or creative agency environment.
- Proven track record of leading concept development for successful pitches, demonstrating your ability to win new business.
- A strong portfolio that showcases narrative-led thinking and conceptual depth, not just polished visuals.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling ability, capable of crafting compelling narratives from strategic insights.
- A deep understanding of spatial and experiential design principles, and how they contribute to immersive experiences.
- The ability to articulate and sell ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of live event constraints, budgets, and operational realities.
- Confident working both independently when necessary and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
