We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a hands-on production expert who excels at bringing complex event visions to life, managing projects from concept to completion, and fostering strong client relationships. You will be responsible for the meticulous planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of events, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse corporate, experiential, and broadcast events, managing all aspects from initial brief through to post-event wrap-up. Develop and manage project budgets ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to profitability targets. Oversee all logistical elements, including venue liaison, supplier management, and scheduling.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary client contact, building relationships, offering solutions, managing expectations, and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers. Proactively manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Technical & Creative Execution: Provide expert creative and technical problem-solving on-site and during planning. Oversee the technical setup and delivery, ensuring all audio, visual, lighting, and staging elements meet the highest standards. Direct and manage production teams in lead up to event and the delivery. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Operational Excellence & Growth Support: Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Support business growth by consistently delivering exceptional events that lead to client retention and repeat business.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Production Manager in the event industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering corporate, experiential, or broadcast events.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex project budgets.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of event production technical elements (audio, visual, lighting, staging, virtual platforms).
  • Proven ability to lead and direct on-site teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of thinking on your feet and adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant production software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required.
