We are seeking a passionate AV enthusiast ready to launch their career in the dynamic world of live events! This is an entry-level opportunity to join our dedicated technical operations team.
As a Junior AV Technician, you will be at the heart of ensuring our events run flawlessly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in video, sound, and lighting, eager to learn and develop practical skills.
What you’ll be doing (your journey starts here):
- Assist with the maintenance, preparation, checking in/out, and dispatch of a wide range of audio-visual equipment.
- Help keep our high-tech gear organised, clean, and ready for action, including loading and unloading.
- Work alongside experienced technicians and riggers, providing vital technical assistance at live event locations.
- Help maintain our equipment inventory, ensuring everything is tracked accurately.
Requirements for the role:
- A strong interest in video, sound, and lighting is a must!
- Eager to learn, develop practical skills, and embrace a hands-on approach.
- Excited about technical production in the live events industry.
- Positive, reliable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
- Communicative, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative.
- Impeccable time management and a willingness to work outside normal hours, including across the UK and internationally.
- While not essential, a full clean driving license is highly desirable.
