As well as this, we manage national contracts such as facilities management, insurance companies, private and funded care facilities and social housing.

Key Responsibilities include

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems, fixtures and appliances.
• Service, fault-find and repair heating systems, boilers and associated controls.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Complete relevant documentation and job reports, accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with current legislation, regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call‑out rota (currently 1 in 3 weeks).

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber & Heating Engineer to undertake installation, maintenance, servicing and repair works across a broad range of customer sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship, enjoys problem-solving and values providing outstanding customer service.

You will cover a range of sectors including domestic residential properties, hospitality, retail, social housing and commercial businesses and facilities - giving you the range and variety of work where every day is different!

Essential criteria

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer for both domestic and commercial customers
• Gas safe registration
• Unvented certification - desirable
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Customer focussed approach
• Team player
• DBS checked (or willingness for this to be carried out)
• Full UK driving license
• Flexibility to work overtime
