Key Responsibilities include
- Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems, fixtures and appliances.
- Service, fault-find and repair heating systems, boilers and associated controls.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Complete relevant documentation and job reports, accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with current legislation, regulations and health and safety requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call‑out rota (currently 1 in 3 weeks).

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber & Heating Engineer to undertake installation, maintenance, servicing and repair works across a broad range of customer sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship, enjoys problem-solving and values providing outstanding customer service.
You will cover a range of sectors including domestic residential properties, hospitality, retail, social housing and commercial businesses and facilities - giving you the range and variety of work where every day is different!
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer for both domestic and commercial customers
- Gas safe registration
- Unvented certification - desirable
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Customer focussed approach
- Team player
- DBS checked (or willingness for this to be carried out)
- Full UK driving license
- Flexibility to work overtime
