Reactive Plumbing Engineer – Kemac Metro Plumb, Bristol/Bath areas. 40 hours per week (rota system in place). Salary £32,000 - £38,000 DOE plus on-call & overtime (additional 5-6K per annum).
Metro Plumb is a national plumbing business with more than 40 local depots across the UK. Our teams of professional plumbers can deal with a variety of plumbing issues, from emergency repairs and stopping leaks to fixing broken boilers and replacing dripping taps. We work alongside our sister companies to provide a complete “water in, waste out” service for our customers.
What’s involved?
We are looking for a confident plumber who can carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including but not limited to installation and maintenance of toilets, taps, ball valves, siphons, flexible hoses, pipework, radiator valves, cylinders, heating systems, etc., across a range of domestic and commercial customers. You will attend primarily emergency plumbing jobs relating to installations/leaks/issues. Our customer experience rating is important to us. What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Plumbing/Plumbing & Heating Engineer for both domestic and commercial customers
- NVQ Level 2
- Ideally Gas and pump experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Renewable energy experience an advantage (preferred, but not essential)
- Unvented certification (preferred, but not essential)
- DBS checked (or willingness for this to be carried out)
- Full UK driving license
- Flexibility to work overtime
