Metro Physical manages check-in, scheduling, and phone calls. Collect co-pays and accurately enter data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Support clinicians during treatments — setting up equipment, assisting with exercises, and maintaining a clean, organized space. Ensure smooth clinic flow by monitoring schedules and communicating effectively with staff and patients. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and clinic safety standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite required; EMR experience a plus
