\Own and manage a portfolio of retail and business deposit products, ensuring strong customer and commercial outcomes.

\Monitor product performance, pricing and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.

\Lead product governance activities, including new product approvals, enhancements and annual product reviews.

\Ensure effective management of product risks, with a focus on customer outcomes, conduct risk and regulatory compliance.

\Leverage customer insights, market intelligence and competitor analysis to enhance the product proposition.
