What you will do:
- Define and deliver the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our marketing technology ecosystem, translating marketing and commercial needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Act as Product Owner for the MarTech squad owning product vision, backlog, prioritization and delivery outcomes.
- Develop clear and compelling business cases to secure investment for new MarTech platforms, tools and capability enhancements, demonstrating commercial value and alignment to marketing and business priorities.
- Oversee the integration, optimisation and governance of MarTech platforms CRM, automation, analytics data platforms, content management systems.
- Partner with IT, data and digital teams to ensure seamless connectivity between MarTech systems, customer data and analytics environments.
- Drive the delivery of automation and personalisation capabilities, enabling smarter segmentation, targeting and real-time customer engagement.
- Lead marketing change programmes that embed new ways of working, tools and processes, working closely with the Heads of department to ensure MarTech solutions are fully embedded into campaign and lifecycle delivery workflows.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, predictive analytics and new technologies to enhance marketing performance and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and platform partners, ensuring value for money, innovation and compliance.

What you will need:
- You will be a skilled Change leader with product owner experience combined with the ability to embed new systems and ways of working in complex environments.
- Experienced in marketing technology strategy, digital transformation, integration and optimisation.
- Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including CRM, marketing automation, CDPs, analytics and web platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to gather marketing business requirements and translate into marketing technology concepts.
- Knowledge of data integration tagging and API frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools for content generation, personalisation and predictive marketing.
- Awareness of data privacy, permissions and governance requirements in marketing.
- Knowledge of performance tracking and reporting for ROI.
