What you will do:
- Lead the planning, prioritisation and delivery of all enhancements to the Banks FSCS processes – including SCV/exclusions file, ineligibles and FSCS communications.
- Develop controls and processes to oversee, enhance and report on the Banks FSCS data quality and alignment to FSCS regulations.
- Regularly report progress and performance to the Banks senior management including EXCO.
- Manage the quarterly testing of the Banks FSCS processes.
- Manage the annual Board attestation relating to compliance with FSCS rules.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Data (SQL) and Data Governance teams to ensure all risks relating to FSCS are efficiently managed and governed.
- Work closely with stakeholders from across the Bank to ensure that changes to the Banks processes and products have consideration of the impact of FSCS related rules and regulations.
