What you will do:
- Create and maintain a portfolio of Commercial Banking customers through business development and promotion of the Metro Bank brand and products.
- Build key relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ability to maximise the customer relationship whilst being compliant during customer interactions with awareness of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
- Make lending decisions to support Metro Bank's business objectives whilst reinforcing the correct Metro Bank operational processes.
- Responsible for credit risk and financial crime risk of your portfolio.
- Ability to generate new business.
- Support retail colleagues in local Stores.
- Portfolio and relationship management experience.
- Track record of generating new business and hitting or exceeding personal and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and customer/client relationship management with the ethos of providing exceptional customer service.
