What you will do:
- Build an amazing relationship with our stakeholders and customers.
- Provide an additional/alternative point of contact for brokers and FANS when Business Development Managers and Directors are unavailable and liaise with them with a view to progressing deals that have been approved or where Credit colleagues have requested further information.
- Support internal and external colleagues and customers with documentation queries and the preparation of documentation and work to find solutions for non-standard deals that enable the successful completion of a file without increasing our risk.
- Provide quotations to brokers within our pricing framework.
- Package deals for pay out and ensure all procedures and requirements associated with the payment of deals are fully met.
- Make sure we create fans of customers, introducers, and colleagues by efficiently processing deals to a high level of payout accuracy from “sales support” through to “pay out” seamless and fast.
- Ensure all files are accurate and therefore maximize an efficient process of payments to Suppliers & Broker’s commissions.

What you will need:
- Previous Asset Finance experience.
- You will have undertaken various administrative roles where you have dealt with high volumes of work through a similar process.
- Experience in checking, processing and paying out asset finance deals.
- Knowledge of the industry standard documentation and the various associated risks.
- Understanding of the UK Asset Finance market.
- Be efficient, highly accurate, and have a desire to deliver amazing customer service!
- Be amazing at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Be organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across your workload.
- Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders.
