  • This includes sourcing leads from a network of key business introducers and being able to apply the bank's trading standards to source the correct size, type and quality of customers.
  • You will lead the "deal team" and bring in specialist managers to support you as required throughout the deal.
  • You will need to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders such as Credit, Lending & Securities and Lending Operations.
  • This would also include the Large trading business, Regional commercial Banking Teams, Local Directors and where appropriate other Store colleagues including LBMs.

  • Any other duties as required that reasonably fall within the job.

  • You will be able to demonstrate both a track record and experience of managing these risks successfully.
