What You Will Do
- Support the Head of Channels and Delivery in managing day-to-day marketing operations, delivery and governance processes.
- Oversee workflow and task management using tools such as Jira, ensuring visibility, prioritisation and progress tracking across all marketing projects.
- Help introduce, embed and manage a squad-based delivery model, ensuring teams are aligned, supported and set up for success.
- Coordinate delivery across campaigns, creative, and digital teams to ensure milestones and dependencies are managed effectively.
- Monitor capacity and resourcing across squads, escalating issues or bottlenecks where needed.
- Manage timelines and workflow dependencies with internal stakeholders and external partners for campaigns and projects including Consumer Duty.
- Support planning cycles, reporting, delivery and risk governance to keep the marketing function running efficiently.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery processes and increase speed to market.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards and delivery reports to keep teams and stakeholders informed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

What You Will Need
- Excellent organisation and coordination skills – able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
- Skilled in agile and squad-based working within marketing or creative environments.
- Skilled in workflow and task management tools e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello.
- Great communicator and collaborator – connects teams, simplifies complexity and keeps things moving.
- Proactive problem-solver who spots issues early and drives practical solutions.
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing delivery across digital, social and traditional channels.
- Familiarity with agile project management principles and delivery frameworks.
- Knowledge of marketing planning, approvals and campaign lifecycle management.

- Understanding of performance tracking and delivery metrics.
- Solid experience in marketing delivery, project management or operations roles.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced or agile environment.
