What You Will Do

  • Lead and evolve our brand strategy and positioning, ensuring it is distinctive, relevant and drives impact across everything we do.
  • Make our brand the lens for decision-making, embedding it into how we prioritise, design and deliver propositions, experiences and communications.
  • Shape and continuously refine our visual and verbal identity, ensuring a consistent, standout brand across all channels and audiences.
  • Put in place clear brand governance, frameworks and tools that enable teams to confidently and consistently bring the brand to life at pace.
  • Reimagine how the brand comes to life in our stores and service experiences, creating a differentiated, experience-led banking model customers love.
  • Define and lead our content, social and consumer PR strategy, building a strong external voice aligned to our brand narrative and growth ambitions.
  • Build, inspire and lead a high-performing team and creative ecosystem, while clearly linking brand performance to commercial outcomes and long-term value.

What You Will Need

  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide brand strategy and transformation, ideally within challenger or disruptor brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link brand investment to growth, trust and long-term business performance.
  • Exceptional creative judgement, setting a clear vision while ensuring high-quality execution at scale.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, aligning stakeholders and driving decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding storytelling capability, creating compelling narratives that build belief internally and differentiation externally.
  • Systems thinker who can translate strategy into scalable frameworks, embedding the brand consistently across a multi-channel organisation.
