Metro Bank seeks an FP&A Manager to join the Finance team at AMAZE Central, Holborn. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term and strategic planning, and month-end reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide clear insight and support better decision-making.
You will develop and refine FP&A models, deliver timely commentary on performance, and drive automated, standardised reporting to inform the Board and ExCo. This role offers hybrid working arrangements where possible.
