Metro Bank is seeking a Credit Partner for Development Finance to help grow our portfolio of residential and commercial development lending. You will work with Real Estate Finance, Private Banking, and Corporate & Commercial Banking teams to assess, structure and approve complex propositions while upholding risk standards.
You will guide decisions through the full lending lifecycle, support deal forums, and coach colleagues in the first and second lines of defence.
