Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the CDD product strategy aligned to financial crime risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
  • Design, build, and continuously improve CDD products across onboarding, periodic review, and event‑driven processes.
  • Partner with operations, technology and third‑party providers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Work with 2nd Line Financial Crime to define product requirements and ensure effective monitoring and oversight.
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through to optimisation and decommissioning.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory expectations, audit standards and internal policies.
  • Drive automation, digitisation and use of data analytics to improve outcomes.
  • Embed governance, controls and performance monitoring across all CDD products.
  • Lead vendor selection, integration and ongoing third‑party management.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing product team and foster innovation.

Qualifications

  • Strong product management and strategic roadmap experience.
  • Deep understanding of CDD/KYC lifecycle and financial crime risks.
  • Experience delivering RegTech or CDD‑related products.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capability.
  • Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of AML, sanctions and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience working with third‑party vendors and integrations.
  • Leadership experience in complex transformation environments.
  • Relevant degree and/or financial crime or product certifications.
