What you will do:
- Shape and support proposition design, scoping and phasing for beyond‑banking and other customer propositions requiring strategic partnerships.
- Develop and present option analyses and business cases to support buy/build/partner decisions at senior governance forums.
- Screen, shortlist and assess potential partners using commercial, delivery and risk criteria.
- Structure and facilitate partner due diligence, including commercial modelling, delivery feasibility and operating model impacts.
- Lead RFIs and market scans across banking and beyond‑banking capabilities to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
- Drive commercial and operating model structuring with Procurement, Legal, Risk and other key teams.
- Own and maintain the partnership roadmap, dependencies and decision milestones to ensure timely, decision‑ready governance.
- Prepare high‑quality materials for programme governance and support wider transformation activity, including incubation of ad‑hoc initiatives.

What you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in either Management Consulting, Strategy or Transformation roles.
- Experience in delivery of large transformation or change programmes.
- Knowledge of supporting senior governance forums and decision‑making with contributing to presentations and other enabling material.
- Strong technical understanding of Excel & PowerPoint at an advanced level.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills combined with managing multiple parallel workstreams.
- Financial services or regulated environment experience is desirable but not essential.
- Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders.
