Transformation Office Lead – Strategic Partnerships

What you will do:

• Shape and support proposition design, scoping and phasing for beyond‑banking and other customer propositions requiring strategic partnerships.
• Develop and present option analyses and business cases to support buy/build/partner decisions at senior governance forums.
• Screen, shortlist and assess potential partners using commercial, delivery and risk criteria.
• Structure and facilitate partner due diligence, including commercial modelling, delivery feasibility and operating model impacts.
• Lead RFIs and market scans across banking and beyond‑banking capabilities to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
• Drive commercial and operating model structuring with Procurement, Legal, Risk and other key teams.
• Own and maintain the partnership roadmap, dependencies and decision milestones to ensure timely, decision‑ready governance.
• Prepare high‑quality materials for programme governance and support wider transformation activity, including incubation of ad‑hoc initiatives.

What you will need:

• Demonstrable experience in either Management Consulting, Strategy or Transformation roles.
• Experience in delivery of large transformation or change programmes.
• Knowledge of supporting senior governance forums and decision‑making with contributing to presentations and other enabling material.
• Strong technical understanding of Excel & PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills combined with managing multiple parallel workstreams.
• Financial services or regulated environment experience is desirable but not essential.
