What you will do:
- Own and manage a portfolio of retail and business deposit products, ensuring strong customer and commercial outcomes.
- Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, engaging stakeholders to drive business objectives.
- Monitor product performance, pricing and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
- Lead product governance activities, including new product approvals, enhancements and annual product reviews.
- Ensure effective management of product risks, with a focus on customer outcomes, conduct risk and regulatory compliance.
- Investigate product-related incidents, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions where required.
- Leverage customer insights, market intelligence and competitor analysis to enhance the product proposition.
- Build strong cross‑functional stakeholder relationships to deliver successful product outcomes and strategic initiatives.
