As a Portfolio Relationship Manager (PRM), you play a big part in contributing to the delivery of the Metro Bank brand and Private Banking model by way of providing an AMAZING service to our customers at all times.
What you will do:
- You will be great at building relationships with customers, and you will also be great at building relationships with internal departments, such as FCRC, Lending Operations, Payments, Credit Refers and the corporate customer service centre and the Private Clients team.
- There may be some customer complaints, which should be dealt with effectively, although you can always ask if you’re not sure – Bump It Up!
- If there are complex account queries, the relevant departments within the business are always here to help you.
- It is key to build valuable rapport with our customers and colleagues.
- You may need to plan your work and activities with your Line Manager for prioritisation to ensure you are exceeding customer expectations and providing valuable service.
- We love people who take responsibility, do the right thing for customers, colleagues and Metro Bank and have the courage to call out any concerns.
What you will need:
- Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders.
- Knowledge of our due diligence minimum standards so that you can open personal and business accounts compliantly and conduct / assist with regular due diligence reviews.
- Customer facing roles performed within a Bank.
- Customer Service Representative (account opening etc.).
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
