Responsibilities
- Originating and developing relationships with new and existing business customers to acquire, keep and grow our deposit and lending portfolio.
- Collaborating with internal colleagues to provide excellent support and services for our business customers.
- Organising events for new and existing customers to network and explore what Metro Bank has to offer.
- Reviewing new account applications with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and protect customers and the bank from risk.
- Working with the store’s Local Director to coach and support colleagues in delivering outstanding service to business banking customers.
- As with all banking roles, risk management is part of everything we do. You should take responsibility, act in the best interests of customers and colleagues, and raise concerns when needed.
