Responsibilities

  • Originate and develop relationships with new and existing business customers; allowing us to acquire, keep and grow our deposit and lending portfolio.
  • Work internally with colleagues to provide amazing support and services for our business customers.
  • Organise fantastic events for both new and existing customers, giving local businesses the opportunity to network with each other.
  • Support your team with an amazing eye for detail, reviewing new account applications to ensure all details have been correctly input.
  • Create the ultimate business dream team, working closely with your store's Local Director to support and coach store colleagues.
  • Take responsibility and do the right thing for customers, colleagues, and Metro Bank.
