This is a full‑time Financial Adviser role based in Bury St Edmunds. The Financial Adviser will meet with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current circumstances, and develop tailored financial plans. Daily responsibilities include advising on pensions and retirement strategies, investments, and wealth management solutions, as well as providing guidance on mortgages and personal protection products where appropriate. Requirements
- Strong financial planning skills, including experience in holistic Financial Planning and core Finance principles.
- Expertise in Retirement Planning, with the ability to design and review pension strategies aligned with client goals.
- Knowledge of Investments and broader Financial Advisory practices, including risk profiling and portfolio construction.
- Proven experience in client‑facing advisory roles, with excellent communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills.
- High standards of integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and report‑writing abilities, with good IT skills and familiarity with financial planning tools.

Qualifications
