Metrics Recruitment is partnering with a global blockchain infrastructure organization building open-source technology for next-generation financial markets. We are hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager (Europe) to drive real-world adoption of a high-performance Layer 1 network across the region. This role focuses on accelerating tokenized asset use cases (including stablecoin payments and trade finance), supporting high-quality startups from ideation to mainnet, and strengthening relationships across fintech, TradFi, VCs, and ecosystem partners throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ecosystem growth strategy across European markets, adapting to regulatory and commercial dynamics.
- Source and support startups and developers building on the network.
- Structure and manage strategic partnerships, accelerators, and VC relationships.
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline through grants, outreach, and targeted ecosystem programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, DevRel, and Marketing to drive GMT success.
- Track partnership performance and continuously optimize ecosystem impact.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in VC, fintech/TradFi growth and ecosystem partnerships.
- Proven experience structuring and executing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of European financial markets and regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with tokenization, digital assets, and the intersection of DeFi and traditional finance.
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating with high autonomy.
Location: London (City of London), 10 days in office required per month.
