We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of an institutional crypto trading platform, enabling seamless trading experiences for institutional clients. This role owns the end-user trading experience — the customer-facing UIs and execution workflows used daily by institutional clients.
You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the business to define, build, and ship a secure, scalable, high-performance trading platform. Own the product lifecycle of the platform, driving delivery with a strong bias toward shipping, user adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Track user adoption, usage patterns, and performance metrics to continuously iterate and improve shipped functionality.
- Manage the engineering team's roadmap, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
- Use Python for automation, prototyping, and light data analysis as needed.
- Ensure integration with market data feeds and execution systems using the FIX protocol.
- Demonstrated experience owning and shipping customer-facing UI products used by external users.
- ~5+ years in a technical Product Manager role, ideally in fintech, crypto, or capital markets.
- ~Proficiency in Python scripting for basic automation or data parsing.
- ~Experience managing full-stack product development with a focus on scalability and performance, including latency-critical systems.
- Prior experience building trading platforms or single dealer platforms.
- Knowledge of crypto markets, blockchain infrastructure, and DeFi protocols.
