About the role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Graduate Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career in data analytics, working with real-world datasets to generate insights that support business decision-making. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues across multiple departments, helping to analyse data, identify trends, create reports, and contribute to projects that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and validate data from various sources.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
- Produce regular reports, dashboards and visualisations.
- Support business teams by providing data-driven insights.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of reporting tools.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Help improve data quality and data management processes.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for working with data.
Essential Requirements
- Degree (or expected degree) in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
- Familiarity with Python or R.
- Understanding of databases and data modelling.
- Experience working with large datasets through university projects or placements.
