About the role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Graduate Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career in data analytics, working with real-world datasets to generate insights that support business decision-making. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues across multiple departments, helping to analyse data, identify trends, create reports, and contribute to projects that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean and validate data from various sources.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards and visualisations.
  • Support business teams by providing data-driven insights.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of reporting tools.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Help improve data quality and data management processes.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for working with data.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree (or expected degree) in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
  • Familiarity with Python or R.
  • Understanding of databases and data modelling.
  • Experience working with large datasets through university projects or placements.
